Pastor Roy Edwards has served in full-time ministry since 2000. He just completed his Master’s degree from SCC and is currently working on his Doctorate Degree. He has been an ordained minister since 2001. Pastor Edwards carries a lifelong passion for discipleship and leadership development, equipping believers at every stage of life. He has served on local, state, and international boards for non-profits, churches, denominations and ministries, continually investing in the growth of God’s Kingdom. Through the local church and Roy Edwards Ministries, his teaching reaches far beyond the pulpit. You can hear him on radio, the In the Word with Roy Edwards podcast, digital apps, radio, and across social media platforms. His weekly messages are translated into Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Hindi, impacting lives across the globe. To date, Pastor Edwards has led thousands of people to Christ. In late 2025, he will release his first book on discipleship, The Everyday Disciple: Living a Life Fully Devoted!—also available in Spanish through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. When he is not ministering, Pastor Edwards enjoys time with his wife Greta—his best friend of over 30 years—and their two sons, Jonathan and Jordan. He also loves riding motorcycles, fishing, and taking long scenic drives.
